Workshop Overview:

Move over Rabbit, Dragon has a lot to say! Connect with the wisdom of the Lunar New Year, the Chinese Zodiac and the flow of Yin and Yang. Celebrate with an interactive workshop designed to connect you to your highest and best self for 2024.

In this workshop we will:

Discuss the cyclical nature of the seasons – where we've been , where we are and where we are going
Dive deep into the unique qualities of 2024 – Year of the Yang Wood Dragon!
Align ourselves to the significant opportunities ahead and discern how to alleviate possible friction points

Interactive discussion
Journaling activities
Meditation and poetry
