Pause offers a sliding scale membership model of $25-95/month, rooted in the spirit of gratitude and generosity (called "dāna" in many wisdom traditions). We recognize that everyone engages with Pause in different ways, and has different financial means and resources. We ask that you contribute the amount that feels most aligned and joyful for you.
- Month-to-Month. Memberships will auto renew month-to-month; you may cancel at any time.
- Supporting Pause. Your monthly contributions support our incredible teachers, help advance Pause's mission + impact, and fund scholarships for fellow community members.
- Scholarship Memberships. We never want money to be the reason that someone is unable to join our community. If the sliding scale option does not work for you, we offer scholarship memberships at $15/month.
