Description: Winter Solstice is the longest night and shortest day of the year. We are transitioning into a time of year that asks us to find stillness and deep introspection. Preparing ourselves for springtime, we will plant seeds of intention of what we want to see grow for next spring while also creating space to release what no longer serves us to make space for healing this winter. You can expect a yin-yasa style flow class prepared for all levels, journaling & intention setting, and a guided meditation.
