Join for an intimate virtual workshop where we'll mindfully cross the threshold into 2025. In this guided group experience, we'll create a nurturing space to pause, reflect, and envision the year ahead with intention and clarity.
Together, we'll:
Reflect mindfully on the past year, honoring both challenges and delights
Explore our hopes and dreams for the future
Explore the delicate dance between being and doing; between purposeful action and rest
Set meaningful intentions
Learn practical mindfulness techniques to stay connected with these intentions
This workshop is designed to help you step into 2025 with both clarity of purpose and spaciousness of spirit. Rather than rushing into traditional resolutions, we'll take time to create meaningful intentions that arise from a place of wisdom and self-compassion.
Perhaps most importantly, it’s an opportunity to come together as a community, to share our experiences, and to support each other as we step into the new year with great love and possibility.
