In this full-body meditation relaxation experience, you'll be guided through a soothing, systematic sequence that nourishes and restores your mind and body from head to toe.

The technique we use - yoga nidra - is a conscious sleep practice that invites one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining awareness. Yoga nidra is practiced lying down and is not a yoga flow class.
Your nervous system will completely downshift, melting tension and stress away and returning the body to equilibrium. Get ready for a good night's sleep ahead.

We have yoga mats, cushions, and blankets for you here at the studio. If you'd like to bring your own props, of course please feel free!

Due to high-demand for in-person offerings, we now have a no-show fee. You can cancel up to 3 hours before class begins in your Punchpass account. Cancellations within 3 hours of class or no shows will result in a $15 charge. No show & late cancellation fees help fund our scholarships.
