In this workshop we will:
• Explore how the experience of light and dark inform our actions
• Connect to the unique practices of each season
• Orient ourselves to the significant and unique psychology each season offers
• Discern how to alleviate possible friction points
• Listen to how nature is paying close attention to each season, and how you can align yourself to that intelligence
The workshop includes interactive discussion, meditation, journaling, and a simple movement practice.
