Description: Come meditate! Then stick around to enjoy some tea and treats and connect with fellow Pause members after class. Whether you're a curious newcomer or an experienced meditator, this class will give you the chance to develop and deepen your practice in a community of like minded people.
You'll learn something new each time as we explore Pause's monthly theme – like short life lessons and meditation techniques – to help you cultivate inner peace, release stress, and discover joy. Most importantly, you'll create a little extra space in your week to let go of your to-do list, relax, and tap into a wholehearted community.
The class will include gentle mindful movements, guided meditation, and the option for personal journaling and reflection. We will save time at the end for sharing and connection.
All experience levels are welcome.

Due to high-demand for in-person offerings, we now have a no-show fee. You can cancel up to 3 hours before class begins in your Punchpass account. Cancellations within 3 hours of class or no shows will result in a $15 charge. No show & late cancellation fees help fund our scholarships.
