Join us for a deeply refreshing midday class designed to help you find a sense of calm and spaciousness in your busy week. We'll explore a range of grounding body-based practices that foster inner resilience and help you reenter the flow of your day with ease.
Class will begin with a 2-minute pause to shift mental gears and find grounding in the present. This will be followed by insightful reflections and a guided meditation practice related to our monthly theme. Additionally, if you have the time and space, there will be an optional 15-minute period after class dedicated to journaling (with provided prompts) and community reflection time.
