Description:

Join Allie every second Tuesday evening for a full-body meditation relaxation experience. You'll be guided through a soothing, systematic sequence that nourishes and restores your mind and body from head to toe. The technique of yoga nidra is a conscious sleep practice that is experienced lying down (no movement involved) and invites one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining awareness. Your nervous system will completely downshift, melting tension and stress away and returning the body to equilibrium. Get ready for a good night's sleep ahead!


We have yoga mats, cushions, and blankets for you here at the studio. If you'd like to bring your own props, of course please feel free.
