Through practice, reflection, and meaningful discussion, we explore how to integrate the core teachings of MBSR – such as awareness, curiosity, compassion, and presence – into daily life. Designed for graduates of the 8-week MBSR course, this is a space to sustain intention, nourish balance and true self-care, and live with greater authenticity.
