While Pause has moved fully online, we’re excited to host an occasional pop-up gathering for our local Portland community!
Join us for a one-night-only, in-person spring evening of mindfulness. We’ll sit together in meditation, share a bit of reflection, and close with a cup of tea and conversation. It’s a chance to reconnect—in person—with practice, presence, and community.
