Give yourself permission to pause and truly rest in the middle of your day. 

Through a blend of gentle guided meditation and immersive sound, you’re invited to step out of doing mode and into deep, intentional rest.

These 30-minute sound baths are designed to support nervous system regulation, using the resonant vibrations of quartz crystal alchemy singing bowls to help guide the body out of stress and into greater balance. Come as you are, lie back, and let yourself simply receive before returning to whatever comes next.


Preparing for a Sound Bath

  • 🎧 Headphones highly recommended! They will significantly enhance your sound experience 
  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down
  • Have a blanket, eye pillow, or anything cozy nearby to support rest
